    Which juices are detoxifying? Detoxification is the process through which the body removes foreign substances and particles that are not useful or even harmful to the body. Nearly all fruits and vegetables assist the body’s natural detoxing process. The most well-known organs and systems that aid in detoxification are the liver, kidneys, intestines, skin and stomach. The juices included in our juice cleansing program provides the vitamins and nutrients to support a healthy detox.
    Is it best to cleanse with juice only or can you get the same effects with consuming fruits and vegetables? You can get many of the same nutrients and ingredients in fresh fruits and vegetables, but not in the easy to drink and portable way of a cold-pressed juice. All of our juices use organic fruits & vegetables, with a cold-pressed method that keeps the nutrients and minerals. Cold-pressed juice contains soluble fiber. The soluble fiber in cold-pressed juice makes the nutrients more bioavailable than eating the fruits and vegetables alone.
    Should You Consume Water During Your Cleanse?
    Yes! Please drink water in conjunction to your juices to stay hydrated. 
    How often should I drink juice when I’m cleansing? Cleansers should consume juice every 2-3 hours each day of the cleanse.

    The juices were good, my favorite was the beet one. I lost 10lbs during the cleanse and snacking on raw veggies.
